We ask that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations, to allow us time to fill the the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee being applied to your account.
Dog & Cat Grooming Is Available By Appointment From 8am - 3pm Monday To Friday, 9am - 4pm On Saturdays.
Our prices are based on the size of your pet, condition of their coat, type of cut you would like and in some cases, their behaviour during the groom (additional fees may apply for matting, more intricate cuts such as breed specific clips or hand scissoring, aggression towards the groomer etc).

We are more than happy to help you and your pet choose a hairstyle that you are happy with, fits your budget, and is scheduled according to your dog or cats’ grooming needs.
If your pet has never been professionally groomed, we recommend that you take advantage of our walk in services first (nail trims and self serve dog wash) or even just stop by for a visit. Puppy Luv Paradise also offers puppy and kitten discounts (for pets 6 months and under) to encourage an early introduction to the grooming process.
We are honest about how your dog or cat does for the groom, and will offer suggestions on things that can be done at home in an effort to desensitize them to the process.
While we do not require proof of vaccination prior to grooming, it is highly recommended that they have all their vaccinations prior to going to any store where animals frequent. We sanitize between dogs and pride ourselves in keeping a clean facility, but some viruses (such as Bordetella) are air-born infections, so your dog is at a higher risk if they have not been properly vaccinated.
